Guided by these philosophies and theories, the researcher attempts to develop a service learning model as basis for a proposed service-learning model. To facilitate the formation of proposed model to be used in this study, the researcher includes the exploration of other Service-Learning models as references. There are a lot of Service-Learning Models been formulated in different institutions and even youth organizations. But the researcher have explored and based her proposed S-L model from the following frameworks: Service Learning 2000 Center. Service-Learning Quadrants, Models for Integrating Service-Learning into the Curriculum, Inver Hills Community College, Florida Golf Coast University, Texas A&M International University, Ateneo De Davao University, Ateneo De Naga University De Paul University, Trinity University of Asia, UNESCO Pillars of Education.
