The reporter stated six months ago, Ms. Wilson and the victim lived with her because Mr. Heil used meth and marijuana and was violent towards the mother. The reporter stated after six months, Mr. Heil convinced her to move back in with him and she left. The reporter stated Shiloh has told her in the past that there is domestic violence in the home while she’s present but the reporter has never seen any visible marks or bruises on the child to suggest she’s being abused. The reporter also stated she believes there is drugs use in the home while the child is present.
