I think that the hardest part for me will be separating myself from the patient. I feel that I can often relate to people, and I think that it will be difficult for me to not want to fix their problems if I can. I feel that I would want to buy a Barbie for a patient’s daughter who is bored or buy a patient’s sister a snack if she is feeling down and hungry.
