There are numerous factors that pour into a well-functioned society, and as we find ourselves in our modern day world we start off each day wondering where the time will take us next and what will lead us in the right direction. Our entire world is built off leadership and the ability to lead within each other in order to find the greater good. But its what lies within each leader that defines their ability to be successful in the real world in terms of governance. This paper will demonstrate the ideas and philosophies that stand behind a successful leader and what it really means to guide others throughout the journey of life. The human mind works in enigmatic ways. In order for a leader to have control over their leadership abilities they first need to learn how to control their thoughts. Humans process thoughts in three classes: A positive and negative class. First off, typically if something good happens in our life we will process that as a positive thought. This is the most important thought class and here’s why: Scientists have proven that if us humans generate consistent positive thoughts throughout the day it will lead to a healthier mind and happier overall being. In order to have the ability to be a successful leader you must have this positive thought process daily. Everyone in a leaders life that is meant to look up to them will automatically seek out the things they like about that leader. If they notice the leader is positive, happy, upbeat, motivated, honest and trustworthy they will automatically accept that person as their successful …show more content…
Positive thinking is just the first process and the very beginning to what it takes to be a great leader, but it is also the most important process for the long run in means of being a leader that people will remember and look up to for
