Reflection On Strengths And Performance Gaps

Reflecting on experiences may assist in understanding and learning from those experiences. In an academic setting, feedback received on graded assignments may promote the leveraging of strengths, as well as closing any perceived gaps in performance. Therefore, a look back at the case studies and feedback received should provide the opportunity for additional growth and development. Additionally, the strengths and gaps in performance will be discussed using the theoretical framework of goal-setting, which is interrelated with feedback (Latham, 2012).
Reflection on Case Study Assignments Before discussing the strengths and performance gaps inherent in the case studies, it may be beneficial to reflect on the actual cases. The case studies offered
