Theoretical Approach In Occupational Psychology

Introduction
The objective of this assignment is to enable the learner to play the role of an occupation psychologist intern. The intern will experience the functions and roles of an occupation psychologist. This assignment subdivides to two speeches. The purpose of the first speech is to delineate the different perspectives in occupational psychology. There are three major theoretical approaches. The purpose of the second speech is to open the mind set of learners an understanding of the contribution that psychology makes o the investigating of human behavior in the workplace.
