Theology Of Servant Leadership

Decent Essays
The project will seek to utilize a thorough written theology of servant leadership from a biblical perspective in the contextual setting at (PMBC). The written theology will revolve around the concept of servant leader (Isaiah 40-55; John 13; Philippians 2:1-11; Mark 10:43-44; Luke 22:25-27). The models of servant leadership for this project will include Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Isaiah, David, Nehemiah, Peter and Paul, culminating with Jesus Christ who was the ultimate model of a servant.

In addition, this project is intended for existing leaders and potential leaders at PMBC. Furthermore, it will be designed to model biblical servant leadership to the membership of (PMBC). Servant leadership is needed because it models teamwork and
