a) The works of Romeo and Juliet of 1986 and 1996 are completely different in their elaboration, but still, both maintained the idea of William Shakespeare. I call quite the attention of the clip directed by Baz Luhrmann in 1996 and that is why I will go with that one. The theme of Romeo and Juliet is simple to handle because you can say that it handles three issues in my opinion. The hatred is in the confrontation maintained by Capulets and Montescos that frames the extraordinaire relationship between Romeo and Juliet. Love, the passion that lovers drive is overflowing and frenetic, can be observed in the short period of six days where they fall in love, get married, have their wedding night and the tragedy happens. The tragedy, the love

The high-class dress was in costume for men, while the women were wearing lots of jewelry at the same time, the middle and lower class wore pants and shirts. People no longer used swords, in this work guns were used. On the other hand, the background music was different, and the music that the actors listened even more. The architectural structures were already buildings that looked as companies. Also for this time, the people already had television and posters for advertising, news and all kinds of information. Something that can be noticed from the beginning, is that the Luhrmann version has a different introduction, as well as the name of each character is presented as they are introduced. The light used was sunlight, except in enclosed places. All this helped the viewer to adapt to the period that Luhrmann was directing this work.

a) The shape of things has been the feeling of the season in London, largely due to its cast, composed of young Hollywood stars, but mainly for its controversial ability, as English-language theater had not known since the Oleanna de Mamet. The controversial playwright and film director from the United States portray features common to different social strata in his work Reasons to be beautiful and right to reflect the concerns of today's men and women who, beyond technological innovations, are still members

The museum scene where Andres wanted to call Evelyn’s attention was a casual encounter, derives in a conversation between Andres and Evelyn, that thanks to those mysteries that have the love, they attract to each other and this seems like the kickoff of a loving relationship.
In this scene, I as a designer would maintain a romantic scenario, with accessories that would inspire Andres and Evelyn to say what they think and feel, a setting that generates calm and passion at the same time. They would have a casual outfit but would draw attention to each other, perhaps Evelyn in a simple and pretty dress, while Andres would have pants, a shirt and beautiful, not forgetting the tempting perfume to attract attention. At the bottom of this scene would add a soft music that would cause a mystery, so the characters would show curiosity of each other. Also, the tone of light would be low, mainly illuminating to Andres and Evelyn, if it could be possible it would use only the light of the moon. This scene, this meeting, would make romantic and intriguing for both, adding Andres ideas to surprise and attract Evelyn in a successful way, either by taking some flowers near them and giving them or taking advantage of the romantic atmosphere to put into practice their ideas

He brings the story to a setting that is familiar to the audience. This allows the modern audience to relate more to the story and also makes it stand out from all the other countless adaptations. This brings change to tradition and is an exciting change but while Baz Luhrmann’s version creates a new point of interest, it does not stay true to the original script by Shakespeare. Conversely, Franco Zeffirelli’s version does as the setting is exactly like how it was described in Shakespeare’s script.…

Dante uses “The Inferno" as a platform to organize human desire into levels of immorality, symbolized through the circles of hell. Similarly, media today offers depictions of love, sex and violence that work to create connections to ordinary people, so that they may make their own decisions on what is socially acceptable in society. Though I do believe media play a major role in creating parallels to human behavior, I strongly believe that it is the consumer whom is responsible on how they handle the information being taken in by media. Dante’s overall presentation of Francesca and Paolo puts an emphasis on walking in their shoes. Dante uses Francesca’s language and expression of her and Paolo’s initial interaction to create an emotional connection…
