Theme Parks Vs Six Flags Essay

What drives friends or families to come to theme parks? When they think about this question, they think about their children, how much their budget is, and what they would enjoy. Today Disney Land is getting more and more popular. Although a lot of teenagers or college students prefer not to be in a park with a bunch of children so they choose Six Flags. When families pick out vacation spots a lot goes through their minds, but parents want their children to be happy so they go with their opinion. When deciding on their trip, families need to consider pricing, rides, personal preferences, and lastly the places surrounding these parks. The pricing at these two parks vary in many different ways. People have to think about their budget when they are choosing between these two parks. A one day pass at Disney Land is $99.00 for ages ten plus, while nine to three years of age is $93.00. Disney Land has to parks one in Orland, Florida, the other located in Anaheim, California. Things around the California one include Angels baseball stadium, various museums, smaller theme parks, and the orange county zoo. The Orlando location has things near like sea world, the beach, and Miami is a short drive a way as well. Six Flags has a different situation there are five Six Flags parks in four different states so that leaves people a lot more options on what to do. Some of the locations like the Atlanta one have more to offer outside the park like Turner field, Atlanta zoo, and numerous shopping centers for the whole family to enjoy. The Six Flags in Dallas has more to offer to a family as well like the Dallas zoo, multiple museums and plenty of family activities, so when you add all the locations they have a lot of offers.
