The role of class rank and prejudice between the different interactions with the Maycomb town people, has showed an important aspect of how critical society was back then. Although there are laws forcing on the disgraceful segregation on african americans, some people still think the same as they use to. Calling someone the ' 'n ' ' word occurs in today 's society. Constant jokes on negroes occurs all the time. The different viewpoints will always be around, but limiting them can make a huge difference.
