With happenings like these where it seems that everyone is against someone or one group of people, there are always a few exceptions to “normal.” In Uncle Tom’s Cabin, these exceptions were Eva and George. It could be the fact that they were raised in establishments where black slaves were treated very fairly. If this is the case I don’t understand how anyone could go against people that they have been with and suffered so much with in the case of Quimbo and Sambo. It wasn’t just the southern, white plantation owners who showed racism towards African Americans, it was the whole country including fellow black
