After reading this chapter, there was a lot of thoughts stirred up in my mind. However, one part that really stuck out to me was Theme 5: Humans are Meaning Seekers. Knowing that we are ‘relational, broken, embodied, and responsible agents,’ we do have the free will to choose within limitations. We, as humans, seek to find meaning in our life. We are built with a purpose, and we are also built with intuition that causes us to always be looking for a purpose. I was able to relate with the section that spoke about us humans being meaning seekers. We are able to make sense of patterns, understand our experiences, and recognize there is a higher power. It was interesting to connect these three fundamentals with the beginning of the human sensory
