INTRODUCTION
Purpose of the Plan
The Marlborough Civic Theatre Trust Strategic Plan sets the Strategic direction for the ASB Theatre over the next five years outlining the vision, values, goals, strategies and key performance indicators necessary to achieve success.
The ASB Theatre Business Plan now provides the operational details to support implementation of the ASB Theatre Strategic Plan.
The next five years will prove critical to the ASB Theatre in many ways and on many levels.
Firstly, this business plan will position the ASB Theatre as a central performing arts venue and community complex for Marlborough.
Secondly, operational delivery will be based upon critically analysing and streamlining the services and product offering.

The ASB Theatre is a multi-use complex for the community of Marlborough to use and celebrate the presentation, promotion and nurturing of excellence in the Performing Arts. To provide the Marlborough community a diverse range of national and international shows.
