There are many leadership traits, however I will only touch on the few I use in my day to day life and the traits I used with my theatre group and other endeavors where absent of a leader I took an active role in bringing about organization and order. Decisiveness, to stop the chaos of everyone wanting to talk over each other. Judgement, in weighing the facts of what we wanted to get done but put in place a course of action to allow all ideas to be heard. Tact, to ensure that all ideas were given their due attention equally. Enthusiasm, to support the idea or plan that was best for the group at the time.
