I don’t know if I can trust them to do their work or if they’ll accept me. I have been able to become more comfortable with trusting others in theater 1. One reason I may hold myself back is worry that my group members will not go full out, causing me to look strange. There is a mutual trust in this class that it is okay if you look like an idiot, because we all look like idiots. We know that we are in this together and all want to put on a good performance and watch our peers perform well. If I feel uncomfortable or feel that I look weird, I understand that my classmates won’t judge me. I also don’t judge them. Everyone is unique and we are all growing to become better actors.
