Ghost in 17th Floor When I was a kid, the most fascinating things were listening to ghost stories. We did not have any other options because there was no electricity in the countryside. We had to use an old portable lamp, which wasn’t always bright. I couldn’t even see ten feet from where I stand. We had to hold it in our face to see by walking slowly, so slow it would take forever to look for anything. At night after dinner we usually have an extra hours to talk about what happened during the day. So, we placed the old lamp in the middle of the living room table and the game is on.

Due to that renovation they vacant every single room and shut down the whole floor. The project was still ongoing for the past three months, because the workers were very slow. Every night before we leave someone has to go upstairs to make sure everything is secured and there weren’t anybody left in the floor. It was on a Saturday night at 10:45 PM when I received a call to go checked upstairs. I grabbed a flashlight and put it back, I said I will not need a flashlight because there is light inside the room. The hotel looked lively as expected, I went to the Mezzanine level to take the center elevator. I went inside, press my button floor and rode upstairs. I exited the elevator after it gave the destination noise. As soon as, I stepped out outside I had bad feeling like something abnormal is in the air. I glanced left and right I heard nothing but the silence. The hallway seem so dark with the light dimmed all the way down. The creepy music in the ceiling speaker were so low, low enough I can hear it inside my head. It felt like I was inside a horror movies but the difference is, it was real. I checked room after room but I feel like there is something with me I cannot see. The rooms looked like an abandoned house. There were dust everywhere the furniture were covered with transparent plastic but unable see anything because there were
