The Young Pele

Pele has many character traits, but three stand out above most. He his persistent, thoughtful, and persevering. First, Pele is persistent. He has never failed to show how much he doesn’t give up, especially on the field. He was one of the most dangerous players in the game during his time and the reason for this is that he would score, but he wouldn’t settle for one. He would score and score and score till the end of the game. For example, in a game with his club Santos in the late 1960ś, he repeatedly hit the crossbar. That did not stop him. He kept playing and shooting until he scored. Next, Pele is thoughtful. When Pele was just seven years old, he found a job shining shoes at the railroad station to help out his family
