Tattoos are common, and people get them for various reasons. Sometimes they’re tattoos that are personal and hidden and just for the individual. Sometimes the tattoos are public, and they’re created so that they can be seen. There are some tattoos, however, that are just awful, and should never have been inked to begin with. Always being lost
We don’t know whether to blame the person getting this tattoo, the tattoo artist, or the friend who saw what was happening and didn’t speak up until it was too late.
