It was nice reading everyone discussions, and although frustrating to constantly post something every other day, I quite enjoy this class and learned so much from each and everyone one of y'all! One reading that I love was the "Worn Path," by Eudora Welty. In a way, I see her journey sort of like a symbolic representation of ours. Like Granny Phoenix, our journey to our college degree will be quite difficult. We are going to face a lot of adversity along the way. There will be people who will try to hold us back, there will be classes that will absolutely kick our butt, and things from life will happen and it will try to stop us and make us give up.
