What is proposed is that justice, by the autocratic level of governance, is to be a concept that ensures the acknowledged feasibility in which all sates are able to give human rights. The first purpose of the regime is to insist that human rights are met by all countries, and that laws by states do not conflict with these rights. The second purpose of the autocracy is to ensure continuous -harmonious- global systems of exchange in commerce, ideas, persons, and other types of movement within the earth’s sphere; problems that Armstrong acknowledges as being global issues. The power of all states submit to this regime, where by both military and the ultimate governing authority are to submit to the autocrat, so that the regime is sure to function and the laws and ideals are applicable to all states. Resources are allocated in way that ensures these human rights can be met, as well as ways in which the states can better improve. Here it should be noted that the regime is to act as an oversight-system of governance, where all states operate as they see fit while adhering to the regulations and overall strategies that the autocratic regime has established, this includes systems of commerce and governing. The internet can be seen as the fist step in the autocratic regime’s goal, in that the differences such as race and languages are superseded by the use of technology. Accordingly, this system has within in it the makings to further the solidarity of the world. Global Solidarity is based on what is the righteousness of life, and is achieved by recognizing these rights for life and growing interest in protecting and enhancing those lives. Theautocratic regime would be a product of the globalized efforts in ensuring that the recognized human rights of all citizens of the world is needed, and that a shared effort beyond ideology, and instead rooted in the acknowledgement of life itself.5Because most governments are rooted in their cultural norms; it can be argued that the autocratic regime would serve as an intermediate necessity in which all states are able to cooperate.
