How Did Pearl Harbor Affect Japan's Destruction

The drooping of the bombs on the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki ended the World War 2. The devastation from the bombs did untold damage then and years after the bombs had dropped. However, the bombs maybe would have never been dropped if the Japanese had not drag America into the war. With the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the Japanese had inadvertently caused their own destruction. The act of retaliation by the United States was a double edge sword. It ended the war, but the death of some many innocent people and the threat of a nuclear attacks was a real threat, and is still a threat today. On December 7, 1945, Japan launched an attack against the United States at Pearl Harbor. The unexpected attack had terrible loss for the Americans. Around 2,000 American lives were lost in the attack, and more than 1,000 were wounded. The attack , also, destroyed a buck of the American naval fleet. Einstein was the first person to bring the idea of how powerful the use of uranium in bombs would be to the United States. A quote from the letter that Einstein (1939) wrote to President Franklin D.
