On 04/28/17, I was dispatched to 1903 W. Walnut in reference to a possible shooting that occurred.

I arrived on scene and contacted the caller who was identified as Duane Henline. Henline informed me the back of his house was just shot. He informed me no one was struck or hurt from the incident. He advised he was lying on the couch in the living room that he showed me watching television. Henline stated all he could remember was he heard loud noises and glass flying around in the living room. Once the noises stopped, Henline went and checked on his older brother who was on the opposite side of the house. When Henline found out he was fine he opened the door to the backyard and he said the motion light came on. Henline said the motion light was very sensitive so he believed the suspect(s) may have shot from the alleyway. I asked Henline who may have shot at his house and he stated "The guy from the earlier incident today." Henline handed me a victim/witness card with report number 17-17986 on it. Henline said the male from that earlier incident was mad at him about a vehicle he sold to him. The male Henline sold the vehicle showed up at his house with one of his friends causing a disturbance. Henline stated during the incident the males displayed a handgun towards him. Henline could not provide me names and gave the same descriptions as in the earlier report. See report number 17-17986 for further detail on the possible suspect descriptions. I asked Henline if he actually saw the males from earlier outside and he said "No, but it had to of been
