Alexis- culture is something that has a significant impact on our society. People experience different paths growing up which can mold their beliefs and ideas. A person viewpoint on their health care become based upon one’s culture. “Such as providing appropriate seminars for employees to attend on a yearly basis.” I agree, with this statement setting yearly reminders for employees could potentially help them remember the importance of keeping an open mind to someone’s culture.
