‘Nothing last forever’ such a good quote. You can be on the top of your career but when you least expect it, you can be without a job and begging for a home. (Frontline Video, 2013) In the documentary, at the beginning the two families had a good life, and by a good life I mean without the worry of having to care about money, or sickness, etc. Maybe they weren’t millionaires but they had enough to own a house and raise their kids, money wasn’t a big problem. Till the severance. Being unemployed is a common situation, but not good. The individuals of the house have to start looking for jobs, that most of the time are underpaid. It also causes a lot of stress. And can lead to family problems. We can see it in the documentary. (Frontline Video, 2013)

I’m gonna start talking about the Neuman’s. At the beginning they had a good economic situation, till the dad got unemployed, he had a really good job, he was paid a lot of money for the hour. But after he got his severance, he couldn’t find a job as good as the one he had before. Life got harder, both parents started working. And as a couple they started to have also problems, their hours of job weren’t the same so while one of them was working the other one was at home. They started to sleep in

And today Americans are stuck in part-time jobs. “In 2012, more than 2.5 million Americans worked part-time jobs because they could not find a full-time position, the most since 1993.”(The State of America’s Middle Class in Eight Charts). It’s hard to find a good job with a good salary. There are many people in debt due to the same families can’t save. And it cames college that is really expensive, a lot of kids can’t go to college because their parents couldn’t afford it, and then when they have kids the cycle
