To the different specialties needed for the numerous areas, such as the neo-natal intensive care, cardiac care, neurologic care, dermatologic care. Observing and recording the patient behavior and how they react to the treatment is important to figure out if the prophylactics are doing the work needed to improve the state of their health. Consulting and explaining to the physicians or other health care professionals the progressive state of the patient is crucial for the success of the person’s health. A misunderstanding or miscommunication can greatly affect the process negatively. When a person is hurried to the emergency room there is no time to wait for a physician to give a treatment plan. By the time the news reach the expert the victim could have died. This is why it is necessary for the Registered Nurses to know what to do in every scenario that comes their way. The ability to operate medical equipment is part of the fundamentals since everything now a day is done using machines. Being able to draw blood and do diagnostic test can help the nurse know what to do, and helps decide if immediate treatment needs to be applied.
