Have you ever wondered where our country got the idea of the constitution well it might have been from Hammurabi’s code.Hammurabi’s code was the first code of laws ever. Hammurabi’s code was made by King Hammurabi in ancient babylon. It was made in the year 1754 BC. In this essay I am going to tell you my opinion on if Hammurabi’s code was just or unjust. I think Hammurabi’s code was just because the harsh punishments deterred people from committing crimes.
