Harlan Coben the author explains in this article named, “The Undercover Parents.” Explains how parents should monitor their kids. I agree with Harlan Coben that parents should monitor their kids for many reasons. Coben also explains how the internet is dangerous for teenagers, because they might share information about their parents or about their life.That might affect them in the future for sharing information. That is one reason why it is dangerous for teenagers using the internet. Here goes some evidence from the article that Coben shared. He shared that this dad was monitoring his son to see what he would do when he would get out from school. Even though his son was very smart and kept his 4.0 having straight a’s on his grade report. His father was monitoring him no matter what, his father found out that his own kid was doing drugs. That is why it is important that parents should monitor their kids if they want their best from them. You never know what might happen to them so, the best thing would be to monitor your kids for their safety. …show more content…
The reasons why I agree with topic is because I know later in the future that i will monitor my kids for their safety and also because I would love my kids no matter what and for they can have their best later in the future. I know my kids would not like that but I believe that they will thank me for not letting them lead themselves to bad habits. I wouldn’t like them to drop out of school for a dumb reason I would love it if I see my kids graduate from middle school, high school, and as well a university.
