For example, when he’s doing the lineup, he calls up “Reina” and exaggerates how bad her nails look. Jimbo believes his staff are all “Pre-Madonna’s” in which he is stereotyping. He believes the whole Hooters product brand is the Women and tends to mistreat it inappropriately. For the girls to leave early from there shift, he makes them have a contest known as “reindeer games”, where they eat a plate of beans without using their hands. Marcee is a mother of two little girls, one is 5-year-old and a 4-year-old, she struggles with stress in not being able to dedicate time with her girls. She has a very great perception of the ethics of care. She takes care of these girls as if they were her own. Marcee is very understanding and respectful towards her employees. She not only cares about her employees, but also her customers as well. For example, when this gentleman had too many drinks, she told him because he is under the influence, she can’t allow him to have that drink. It shows that she cares beyond what is expected in her job. She has a humor and this spirit full of light that keeps her going.
