The two types of reptiles can be found on separate continents, which influences their everyday routine and activity with a different climate. Veiled Chameleons are aboriginal natives of Asia (Yemen and Saudi Arabia), and can be found in Madagascar, Northern Africa, and Europe. Green Iguanas inhabit Northern Mexico's rain forests, Southern Brazil, Caribbean Islands, and Central America. The Veiled Iguana's dry, yet humid, climate allows it to have an abundance of food to thrive. Since the Green Iguana's habitat is mostly sunny, it can sunbathe, like most reptiles, to replenish Vitamin D and absorb warmth.
