The True Values of Mistakes

Life consists of many ups and downs, some things come and go and they shape you for the better or for the worse, but the most important thing is experience, the ones you live by due to the events that occurred to your life that shapes you into who you are today.
But what if life gives you the biggest difficulty as of date? How would you react? Will it shape you for the better or for the worse? My personal experience was presumably the biggest life experience I have ever gotten because of how much weight it held unto me when it occurred.

However, the friend of mine who I’ve insulted decided to message me with a “hey”. This gave me the shock of my life as I desperately wanted to talk to my friend again and responded with an apology, you could say this moment was my biggest difficulty of my life, but at the same time, the most inspiring experience I have ever felt. The experience that your friendship with another has strength to bond like no other, regardless of what everyone thinks. I asked if something so cynical and unkind would be tolerated by such a pure and innocent girl, but her reply was simply: “Everyone makes mistakes, people like you mean well, and that’s what matters. If you were truly cynical and unkind, you wouldn’t even bother to talk to me anymore.” Those words pierced into my feelings and made me realize that this is the true meaning of friendship. The feeling of someone still being able to care for you despite of all the mistakes you’ve done, to know that a person still has your back even when yours is turned. This made me soon know what to do and asked forgiveness

Life is made of stories, and when people grow older, they become wiser thanks to their lives’ stories. That is what they call, “experience.” Furthermore, no matter if those experiences are made of positive or negative memories, they are in charge of shaping people’s personalities. As is the case of Carrie Fountain with her poem “Experience.” In her poem, Fountain explains how people feel remorse for things done in their younger years, how people actions may seem right when in reality they are truly foolish, and though those events in the past may be shameful, thanks to them people become what they are.…
