The Toad: A Short Story

Long ago in a very large marsh there lived a community of frogs, there was also one toad who lived there to, no one liked the toad and no one treated her fairly because she had warts all over her body, the frogs would always tease and make fun of her for being the only toad in the marsh.

The toad had grown up in this marsh so she never met another one of her kind and she had always wanted to, she wanted to move and go find other toads to live with but the marsh was surrounded by a large dry plains field, so the toad never left and was always picked on.

One day when the toad woke up she heard a lot of noise so she went to check it out, a giant snake had come to the marsh and was eating the some of the frogs, the toad quickly ran to go and
