I took a lot from this article because your salary depends on the level of nursing, years of experience, and type of work you do. The salary is not just given to you automatically, people have to work their way up to where they want to be with their salary. Nurses start off with a lot of money, but the highest nurse working will obviously be making a lot more than the individual who just started. The article was a good source because people cannot always go into a career and think that their salary is going to be what they looked up on the Internet.

The desirability and probability of each alternative is different. Physical therapy, EMT, and labor and delivery are close to my values, but these alternatives are careers I do not want to be. These alternatives are in my range of how close my values are, but nursing is my passion. Special education teacher and pediatrician are not in my area either.
