The Three Religions Of War

Improved Essays
Throughout the course of history, religions have been a source of praise and of war. Over time, three main religions became prominent, Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. The three religions all differ in their gods and the rules to abide by to remain faithful, but all three religions maintain a holy book to worship and all have one figure to pray to. All of the religions interacted with each other through means of violence and through means of peace, spreading the knowledge of each religion across the globe. Islam is one of the most widely practiced religions in the world today. Islam began when its founder, Muhammad, supposedly heard from Allah, the god of Islam, one day while he was living in Mecca, and began preaching the works of Allah.
