What is a pillar? According to the Oxford dictionary, “a pillar is a person or thing regarded as reliably providing essential support for something.” In order words, it is an unmovable and unshakable connection or characteristics in which a person or a thing can possess. This remind me of adage saying in every powerful man there is a powerful woman behind him. The woman in this saying is the represent a pillar in such that the man receive and collects enormous wisdom to rule an organization or a nation. In this paper, I will be discussing the three pillars in which I will be building my career upon after the completion of my master program as Public administrator with an emphasis on healthcare management. The three pillars are servant leadership, ethics and entrepreneurship. (2011) reinforced the “behavioral business ethics approach” in order to gain and have a greater understanding of the inclination of business management in taking unethical decision (De Cremer et al., 2011). This created an awareness for business managers to be more attentive before taking an unprecedented decision that will be unfavorable and unethical that cane damage the reputation of the organization. Increasing in ethical knowledge will help in treating others fairly. Promoting this conscious awareness to the leaders will enable them to stay away from making irrational decision that can be detrimental to people and the organization. The mindfulness of this will increase the development of the organization and empower the organization to continue growing (De Cremer et al., 2011). The behaviors addressed in this article is essential in the aspect of ethical decision making in business area and it’s beneficial to the people in the community who are your
