For as long as I can remember I have had an internal motivation to always do my best. I credit my parents for this internal drive. Even through adversity I remain positive a try to achieve higher goals. Grit is required in pharmacy school in order to be successful through all of the challenges. Having a growth mindset enables me to always look on the bright side of things and even through failure keep looking forward. This can be applied to pharmacy for when it gets rough and hard and tiring I know that i will not fizzle out but that i will buckle the strap s on my boots and keep trekking. This is why i will be a successful pharmacist and be able to help people. Because i don't quit and i won't give up on people or any situation that i arises. I will always be successful even if it takes falling down a few times first. Other strengths that i have are my attention to detail this is a key in pharmacy because any mistake could be crucial. In order to overcome this obstacle, it will be essential to practice adaptability in studying techniques while being self-aware of the gaps in knowledge I hold. Taking the time to ingrain the educational concepts will be crucial for the future of practicing pharmacy.
