The head of the branch is the president, without this branch the world would be out of order. The branch includes government agencies such as the FBI, CIA, and FDA, the ultimate power and responsibility is to enforce our nation’s laws. The first amendment is freedom of religion, speech, press, petition, press, and assemble. The second amendment is the right to bear arms and not be arrested. The third amendment is no soldier can be quartered without the consent of the owner or in the time of war. The fourth amendment is the protection of unreasonable searches or seizures. The fifth amendment is the protection of rights to life, liberty, and property. The sixth one is the rights of an accused person in criminal cases, so the accused person will not be tried twice. The seventh is the right to a trial by jury. The eighth one is to protect one from excessive bails or fines are forbidden for a small crime. The ninth amendment is the rights of a person will not be discouraged by other people. The last amendment is power kept by the states and the people respectively. The Constitution makes up our government today, without it we would probably be in chaos. It keeps order and makes sure we have equal amount of power, so we do not have a dictator. There are pros and cons of our government, but we the people need the government for our country. It is the soul and center of our government.
