Findings/discussion and Conclusion
Following analysis has been done on the basis of the Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA). Various behavioural changes have been observed which can be later described. The respondents that have been selected belongs to different roles i.e. respondent 1- cleaning supervisor, 2- vehicle administrator, 3- Sales Manager

Respondent 1 He is quite tenacious, hard worker, individualist, team oriented. He is becoming uncomfortable with sudden changes in schedules. He is status conscious, overpowering, he is somehow defensive and is good and practical thinker.

From her profiling it has been appears to be acting in a similar manner to that indicated in the self-image. This is describing that she is compatible to the job doing currently.
Respondent 3
His profiling suggests that he se is striving to modify his behaviour, he suppresses his dominance and act in less forceful and direct manner. This shows that he loses his self-confidence or he is unable to use his self-derives in his current job.
Behaviour under pressure
Respondent 1
As his profiling shows that he is frustrated of his work so maybe he is out of work or maybe his supervisor is not satisfied with his performance. Due to all these circumstances respondent 1 seems to be insecure.
Respondent 2
She simply modifies her behaviour when she faced a little bit workloads maybe she did in order to manipulate and persuade others.

Demotivation and insecurity was seen when is pressurized by the work and may experience fall in performance.
