The Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument

Conflict is something I have experienced multiple times in my life and expect to continue to face. The Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument gave me a view on conflict that I never expected. The animals connected with the terms gave me a clearer understanding on the positive and negatives of different ways that people deal with conflict. When doing the questionnaire I struggled at first as I approach each situation in my life differently, so having to rate myself overall took some more time. The result I ended with, Fox - Compromising, I thought was perfect and one hundred percent who I am.
