Sims and Mr. Dykes have very similar ways of managing their organizations. They both are very encouraging to the staff and want to push them to do their absolute best. Each have a specific way to get information to and form their staff members, whether that is through word of mouth or a mass email to everyone individually. Some of the things that differ are the way they reward and discipline their staff. Dr. Sims feeds her staff where as Mr. Dykes gives gift cards as a form of a bonus. Then discipline is handled by Dr. Sims by simply calling each individue person to her office to discuss the issue resulting in individual growth, where as Mr. Dykes calls a staff meeting and discusses what is wrong as a whole resulting in group
