What I found out about Mozart and Salieri was that they were rivals. Not really friends. One time Mozart wrote a letter to his father about Salieri and his opera, Lorenzo Da Ponte. He wrote " You know those Italian gentlemen; they are very nice to your face!..." Mozart once accused Salieri for trickery. I also heard the same rumor about Salieri poisoning Mozart. Many people have believed this for years. It is not one hundred percent true. Only two theories of Mozart dieing without being poisoned. The theories is about how he died within sickness. Mozart thought he was poisoned but he wasn't. I think their relationship was more friendly. I believe Salieri did not poisoned Mozart for he was a great Italian composer. I believe that
