Slavery came from economical base and that was just the first one which is also called political economy. Political economy basic stand is trying to understand things in an economic framework. Money issues, Hight tech issues and it is a tangible material because if it changes then the whole thing changes like the law judicial and political, even some conflict with other countries. Social organization and Ideology the people had to see the slaves as an animal savages because they are torucharing them and killing them. The cotton gin was invented in 1793 by Ely Whitney but it was not in demand as it was in the 1800s. Greed was promoted by the cotton gin and it was what really lead to slavery, the expansion of land as well as the war with Mexico. In the 1830s and 40’s a lot of the states had joined the union because after the war with Britain had given up entirely so the poor land hungry white framers trying to clam land moved to the west and they traded the state The North and the South had to decide if the new states would be a free state or a slave state.Their was a conflict over slavery between the North and the South thus creating the Republican Party and the consolidation of the Democratic Party. The North wanted it to be a free state while the South wanted it to be a slave state. The first compromise about slavery was in 1820 the southern boundary of Missouri State.
