Leadership is crucial to the success of any team, business, or group that strives to reach a common goal. Leadership is so crucial to success, that any group cannot function without some sort of leader. Often people are the most qualified for this position among their peers but they are unsure on how to handle certain situations. They can easily make fatal mistakes that jeopardize their group or they can make transformational benefits to their group.
