The average sleep for one’s life is a third of their life. Next a person normally should get around eight hours of sleep each night but if a person has some kind of sleep disorder that will typically affect their body,sleep and hours of sleep they get. Some very common sleep disorders that everyone knows about are insomnia,obstructive sleep apnea,night terrors,sleepwalking and narcolepsy. These disorders affect many people.Some are very common for some people, others can be treated.These disorders still affect a person’s body and their mind. Some effects that come from sleep disorders are your body will be on a weird sleep schedule.It will affect your mind and you will become crazy.

The first sleep disorder I will be talking about is Insomnia and this is when a person has the inability to sleep or habitual sleeplessness. There are many types of insomnia for example primary,secondary,acute and chronic. The first one I am going to talk about is primary and this is when a person is having sleep problems that are not directly associated with any other health condition or problem. Next is secondary that is when a person is having sleep problems related with a health
