The different social classes formed many stereotypes to the other classes and tended to categorize people into a stereotype that fit their social class (Watkin N.P.). It seemed like the whole world revolved around money for some people and what was theirs was theirs and they weren’t giving it up. This was shown by Scrooge earlier in the play before he underwent his change of heart to occur in later acts of the play.
