Hyundai Financial Swot Analysis
1. Strengths
i) Financial Performance
In 2016, Hyundai has a great financial year. Revenue companies increased by 3.8% from $ 144.077 billion by 2015 to $ 149.558 billion by 2016. The profit company rose by almost 600% to $ 7.373 billion, while assets rose more than the debt. Hyundai's strong financial performance allows the company to invest more easily into new risky projects, spend more on marketing and advertising its own products and immersing themselves in new acquisitions. Only a handful of competitors are secured with finance such as Hyundai. ii) Operating Expenses of the Company

The fastest and cheapest way to do this is to gain more start, which has developed the skills and technology required for Hyundai. Typically, the acquisition is expensive, but current interest rates are very low, so capital can be obtained cheaply. iii) Raise the Asian market
Currently, Hyundai's strongest market in Asia where the company controls almost 15% of the market. The company has great successes in China, South Korea, and Turkey, where the company controls more than 10% of the market. The downside is that the Asian market does not grow rapidly or even decline and companies need to find new growth spots elsewhere. Fierce competition in the Asian and Japanese markets left little opportunity to expand sales faster than organic market growth.

This leaves Hyundai with only a few markets where it can grow its sales easily. Those automotive markets are ASIAN countries, or mainly Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The Malaysian, Filipino, and Vietnamese automotive markets increased by 43%, 23%, and 57% respectively. All three markets add up to nearly 130,000 new vehicles combined in 2015 alone.
