Welcome to Gravity Falls! The weird town in Oregon where mysterious supernatural activity seems to be lurking around every corner. Nobody knows if this is where big foot, sea monsters, or even preserved dinosaurs reside but one thing 's for sure, there 's something hidden underneath the surface of the Mystery Shack and the Pines twins are about to figure out what it 's all about. It 's got at least four exits: the main door, the door to the gift shop, a porch door, and a small door on the other side. It 's mostly made of wood, like a log cabin, except for the secret underground passage that "Gruncle" Stan keeps from the rest of the world which is very metallic. The entrance to this laboratory is hidden behind a vending machine in the gift shop. Stan hired a couple people to help with the Mystery Shack, Wendy and Soos. Wendy, a fifteen year old long-haired red-head, is often seen behind the cash register in the gift shop wearing a dark brown lumberjack hat, a green flannel and muddy boots. Soos, who has worked in the shack since he was twelve, is a friendly large dude in a small brown baseball hat who seems to do a lot of the shacks ' repair work.
