The Sun's Important To The Water Cycle

A cycle is like a circle since it has no beginning and no end. In the water cycle, water continually moves from one stage to the next. The sun and the ocean are two important parts of the water cycle that keep the processes moving. The Sun’s important to the water cycle since its heat energy causes evaporation. Solar energy heats water in lakes, rivers, and oceans. It heats water that accumulates in puddles. The sun also causes clothes on a clothesline to dry, as water from the wet clothes evaporates into the air. Solar energy powers the water cycle.
The ocean is important to the water cycle since the ocean covers most of the Earth’s surface, which is a mixture of salt and water. The ocean is like a big storage tank for our water supply. Oceans provide about 90% of all the water that evaporates into the water cycle.

The water vapor rises into the air. And what happens to the salt in the ocean water? It stays behind.
Evaporation helps provide fresh water to the Earth.
The movement of water in a water cycle does not always involve changing state. The water in a river flows to the ocean. Water droplets deep in the ocean may remain in the ocean for a long time. But eventually, all water keeps moving, thanks to the Sun and our

Not only is water one of the key parts of life but it is the home to many animals such as fish and crabs of course the ocean is home to alot more animals but the lakes and rivers are just as in portinten they are home to a lot of animals such as bluegill and catfish the lakes and rivers are 0.0081%of the earth's waters which is a really really really small small amount the oceans make 96.8%of the world's water which is really really big amounts of water the only bad thing about that is that it is salt water if it wasn't salt water we could drink it but we can't and 1.76 is the ice glaciers which we can't drink either because it would take years to break down to drink the ice glaciers are really really really big but lots of fish…

The National Ocean Policy sets forth a vision of an America whose stewardship ensures that the ocean, our coasts, and the Great Lakes are healthy and resilient, safe and productive, and understood and treasured so as to promote the well-being, prosperity, and security of present and future generations. Pollution, overfishing, and natural disasters are affecting the oceans in a negative way. Overfishing is something that can take place in any lake, ocean, and even ponds to set laws on.…

Sylvia Earle describes, “Earth would be a lot like Mars without oceans cold, barren, and inhospitable. Or, how about the moon there's a place with no bothersome ocean and no life. Or Venus. Yes, the beautiful — and lifeless — hot planet with no ocean.…

Evaporation starts with water, absorbing the sun's heat, and turning into vapors. The water usually comes from oceans or lakes. When the water turns into vapors, it goes into the atmosphere. The second step of the water cycle is condensation. When the water vapors reach high altitudes, they start to turn into water/ice droplets.…

    1) Solar Cycle/Sunspots- Sunspots are temporary event on the photosphere of the Sun that appear visibly as dark spots compared to surrounding regions. It change continuously, but individual spots may persist for only a few hours or for many weeks and even months. The total number of sunspots has long been known to vary with an 11-year period known as the solar cycle. The solar cycle is the periodic change in the Sun's activity including changes in the levels of solar radiation and ejection of solar material and appearance (visible in changes in the number of sunspots, flares, and other visible manifestations). They have been seen (by changes in the sun's appearance and by changes seen on Earth, for example, auroras) for several years and also…

In conclusion, we have seen the different physical effects that have been occurring due to the change of ocean water temperature. Ocean water temperature plays a big role on how the water cycle will continue to proceed. The water cycle depends on evaporation to occur, if the temperature rises it becomes more challenging to continue the process. Not only has it become a challenge for evaporation, but it has lead to the increase of the sea levels. The reason for that would be to the defrosting of glaciers, it is clear that with an increase of sea levels.…
