It is hard to do things without encouragement, or self-empowerment. Everyone use self-empowerment whether they realize it or not. When a person is awakened by their alarm in the mornings, they use self-empowerment to get up even when they know they do not want to because they know if they do not wake up, they will be faced with consequences from their job. Being observant of needs can lead to taking the right action. (Morris). When a person can seek out what needs to be down, then they can take the steps or actions to be successful. A good way to be observant of needs is by self-empowerment. Self-empowerment is the only empowerment which means that it comes from within. Sometimes, it is hard to do priorities, but self-empowerment can bring people to see their priorities. Self-empowerment can bring people to take the right actions in order to be successful. Developing that self-empowerment has a whole lot to do with success. People know it is hard for them to say “no” sometimes, but they are willing to say it, whether it is towards friends or even themselves because they believe that self-empowerment will lead to success one
