Billing Department Steps

The reason a team has come together is due to the billing department everything has been out of order. The team plays a role in problem solving and beneficial to the success of an effective communication in the health care environment. Today the billing department has not just turned in things incomplete, but the billing department has not been making the deadline, and the doctors started to receive the payments for the medical claims. The billing department will get on track, by submitting the claims in a timely matter.
The first problem to solve as head of the billing department, it is now time to take necessary actions to resolve this issue. As head of billing recruit six members to be on the team, then train each. Identify each persons’ roles, create a meeting on the team. Give assessments to the individuals, and then resolve the conflict that is occurring

Establish the criteria of the solution by having the team write a list of the different requirements, of the solution. Consider the solution by having each to brainstorm the situation. Now the team is ready to selection the issue of what is going on with plenty of problems with the data entry system, on why it is not entering the information incorrectly. The team will finally use implement solution for the details of information for software. The last problem-solving stage is follow up by contacting the head of billing or even the supervisor that was put in charge of the department if the head of billing is off or the next level.
