Mankind could never defeat evil creatures the way Beowulf did in the epic poem. He was an epic hero that stood did not back down from evil. Each time he fought his inner feelings never defeated his mind. Beowulf was most heroic warrior of all times. He went through many trials to prove his strengths. The evil monsters wanted to destroy mankind’s most powerful warrior. Beowulf was of God, whereas the monsters were of the devil. It’s like the old saying “one bad apple spoils the bunch.” Each monster had an evil agenda to kill, or destroy. Beowulf showed good qualities, and the monsters showed evil. It all goes back to the beginning good and evil are like oil and water it does not
